The QPL9503TR7 is a flat gain, high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier in a 2 x 2 mm compact mount package. LNA provides gain flatness of 2 dB(peak-to-peak value) over a wide broadband range of 3 to 6 GHz. At 5.5 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 21.6 dB gain, +35 dBm OIP3 at a 65 mA bias setting, and a 0.9 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased with a single positive supply from 3.3 to 5 volts. The device is available in a green /RoHS compliant, industry standard 2x2 mm package.

The QPL9503TR7 is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process that requires only five external components to be powered with a single positive power supply: an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitor, and a bias resistor connected to pin 1. The LNA integrates the off bias function, allowing it to work in TDD applications.

The QPL9503TR7 is optimized for linear performance in the 3 to 6 GHz band, but can operate as low as 600 MHz.
