Qorvo's CMD240C4 is a wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier in a pin-free 4x4mm table mount package. The amplifier operates in the frequency range DC to 22 GHz, providing gains of 15 dB or more with a corresponding noise figure of 2 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +19 dBm at 10 GHz. The CMD240C4 is a 50 ohm matching design and requires no RF port matching.
