The TF9891 features advanced speaker boost and protection algorithms to support the miniaturisation of portable electronic devices and audio components, maximising the effect of small speakers. It can deliver 7.2W peak output power to 8 ohm speakers at 3.6V supply voltage. Its internal boost converter can increase the supply voltage to 9.5V, providing plenty of headroom for further improvements in sound quality.
