Semper™ NOR Flash is a non-volatile storage solution that integrates security features for automotive and industrial systems. Applications include automotive dashboards, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and network communications. The NOR flash meets automotive functional safety standards, as well as ASIL-B and ASIL-D standards. The device complies with the AEC-Q100 standard and uses the EnduraFlex™ architecture to enable more than one million programming/erase cycles or a 25-year data retention period in the temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. In addition, the device features JEDEC xSPI compliant Quad SPI, HyperBus and Octal interfaces.
