Description:
The RV1S9353A Delta-σ modem is an optical isolation device that includes a high-precision analog-to-digital converter that converts an analog voltage input into a single bit data stream. The RV1S9353A modem features a Sinc3 digital filter with a typical significant number (ENOB) of 13.8 bits. These optical isolation modems are specifically designed to achieve high common mode transient rejection (CMTI) and high linearity. The RV1S9353A Delta-σ modem is suitable for current detection and voltage detection in motor drives.
The RV1S9353A Delta-σ modem operates with a power supply voltage of 6V and an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 110°C. These optical isolation modems are used in AC servos, inverters, solar inverters and measurement devices.
