QM33120WTR13 - Product Overviews:

QM33120WTR13 is a fully integrated Impulse Radio Ultra-Wideband (UWB) wireless tranceiver. Based on the IEEE802.15.4z standard, the QM33120W implements enhanced security features. QM33120W can achieve data rates of up to 6.8 Mbps while delivering precise positioning to within 10cm for ranging and +/- 5 degrees for angular measurement. The QM33120W transceiver is interoperable with the Apple U1 & U2 chip. The QM33120W is FiRa™ compatible and supports Two-Way Ranging, Time Difference of Arrival (TDoA) and Phase Difference of Arrival (PDoA) implementations. 


QM33120WTR13 - Key Features:

IEEE 802.15.4-2020 UWB IEEE 802.15.4z-2020 (BPRF mode)

Supports channels 5 & 9 (6489.6 MHz & 7987.2 MHz)

Supports 2-way ranging, TDoA and AoA location schemes

Low external component count

Supports enhanced Time-of-Flight security modes

Integrated HW AES 256

Low power consumption

Data rates of 850 kbps, 6.8 Mbps

Packet length from zero to 1023 bytes

Custom modes to support ultra-short frame lengths

Integrated MAC support features
