Description:
The TQL9093 is a flat gain, high linearity, ultra-low noise amplifier in a 2 x 2 mm compact table mount package. LNA provides gain flatness of 2 dB(peak-to-peak value) over a wide broadband range of 1.5 to 4 GHz. At 2.6 GHz, the amplifier typically provides 20 dB gain, + 41.5dBm OIP3 at 120 mA offset Settings, and a 0.6 dB noise figure. The LNA can be biased with a single positive supply from 3.3 to 5 volts. The device is available in a green /RoHS compliant, industry standard 2x2 mm package.
The TQL9093 is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process that requires only five external components to be powered by a single positive power source: an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitor, and a bias resistor connected to pin 1. The LNA integrates the off bias function, allowing it to work in TDD applications.
The TQL9093 is optimized for linear performance in the 1.5 to 4 GHz band, but can operate as low as 600 MHz
