Product Description:

The Qorvo QPC6742 RF Switch IC is a 75Ω silicon insulator (SOI) single-pole four-throw (SP4T) switch. The QPC6742 RF switch IC is designed for use in cable TV, satellite set-top boxes, and other high-performance communication systems. The QPC6742 switching IC features a highly isolated symmetric topology, excellent linearity, and high power handling capability. The QPC6742 IC does not require a blocking capacitor on the RF port. The QPC6742 switching IC operates from 5MHz to 2000MHz. Applications include MDU amplifiers, point-to-point, optical nodes, set-top boxes, PCTV, and multi-tuner DVRS.

Operating frequency range: 5MHz to 2000MHz

Low insertion loss: 0.35dB (800MHz)

As long as there is no voltage on the RF line, there is no need to block the capacitor

High isolation: 34dB (800MHz)

High input IP3:82dBm (850MHz)
