The Lattice Certus-NX series is positioned as a low-power general-purpose FPGA, featuring 1.5Gbps differential IO, support for 5Gbps PCIe, 1.25Gbps SGMII (GigE network ports) and 1066 Mbps DDR3 memory, according to reports.


The FPGA chips are also available in commercial, industrial and automotive (AEC-Q100 certified) temperature ratings, with user-selectable low-power and high-performance modes, and ball pitch options of 0.5 and 0.8 mm.
