Overview

The RG520F series is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA package module designed specifically for IoT/ eMBB applications. The module uses 3GPP Rel-16 technology with a maximum downlink speed of 4.0Gbps and a maximum uplink speed of 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes, backward compatible with 4G/ 3G, and supports network architectures such as Option 3x, 3a, 3, and Option 2. The module is compatible with the RG50xQ series module and the Cat 12 high-speed module EG512-EA pin-to-pin, which can meet customers' requirements for high speed, large capacity, low latency, and high reliability. The RG520F series modules are industrial grade modules and are only suitable for industrial and commercial grade applications.

The RG520F family consists of three variants: RG520F-NA, RG520F-EB, and RG520F-EU. Based on Qualcomm's advanced IZat™ positioning technology (Gen 9VT), the RG520F series integrates a multi-constellation high-precision positioning GNSS receiver with support for GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS positioning technologies to achieve faster, more accurate and more reliable positioning. At the same time, it greatly simplifies product design.

RG520F series built-in rich network protocols, integrated with a number of industry standard interfaces, such as USB 2.0/3.0/3.1, PCIe 3.0, PCM, UART, etc. Support a variety of drivers and software functions (such as Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, Android and other operating systems under the USB driver, etc.), greatly expanding its application in the field of IoT and eMBB, Such as industrial routers, home gateways, set-top boxes, industrial PDAs, reinforced industrial tablets, video transmission and digital signage.
