Overview:

The BD9408FV is an efficient driver for white leds, designed for large LCDS. The BD9408FV has a boost DC/DC converter that provides the right voltage for the light source of the led series array. The BD9408FV has several protection features against fault conditions such as over voltage protection (OVP), DC/DC(OCP) over current limit protection, LED OCP protection and Over voltage protection (FBMAX). Therefore, it can be used for a wide range of output voltages and a wide range of load currents.
