The TMCS1107A2BQDR device is an 80kHz basic isolated Hall effect current sensor with a ±420V operating voltage.


Instructions:

The TMCS1107 is an electrically isolated Hall effect current sensor capable of measuring DC or AC current with high accuracy, excellent linearity and temperature stability. The low-drift, temperature-compensated signal chain can achieve a full scale error of <3% over the temperature range of the device.


When the input current flows through the internal 1.8mΩ conductor, the magnetic field generated by this conductor can be measured by an integrated Hall effect sensor. This structure eliminates the need for external concentrators and simplifies the design. Low conductor resistance minimizes power loss and heat dissipation. Inherent plating insulation provides 420V lifetime operating voltage and 3kVRMS basic type isolation between the current path and the circuit. Integrated electrical shielding provides excellent common-mode rejection and transient immunity.


The output voltage is proportional to the input current and has multiple sensitivity options. The fixed sensitivity allows the TMCS1107 to operate with a single 3V to 5.5V power supply, thereby eliminating proportional errors and improving power supply noise suppression. When current flows into the positive input pin, the current polarity is considered positive. Unidirectional and bidirectional induction models are available.
