The RTL8715Ax is a highly integrated single chip with low power consumption mechanisms, fast system startup, advanced Trust-zone and secure boot system security, ideal for small secure Wi-Fi network cameras and battery powered camera applications. It integrates Arm® v8-M MCU (300MHz and 2.23 DMIPS/MHz), wireless MAC/baseband, WLAN RF supporting 1T1R, audio codec, PMU (power management unit), ISP and H.264 in a single chip Encoder. It provides useful high-speed connectivity interfaces such as USB 2.0 host, USB 2.0 device, SDMMC HS, SDIO device, MII/RMII interface, and also provides multiple configurable GPIOs that can be configured as digital peripherals for different applications and control purposes.

The RTL8715Ax integrates internal memory for full Wi-Fi protocol functionality. Embedded memory configuration also allows for easy application development.
