The AMC1306M25QDWVRQ1 device is an automotive type ±250mV input, precision current detection enhanced isolation modulator.

Instructions:

The AMC1306M25-Q1 is a precision Delta-σ modulator whose output and input circuits are separated by an isolation layer that is highly resistant to electromagnetic interference. The isolator is certified to provide enhanced isolation up to 7070VPEAK, in accordance with DIN VDE V 0884-11 and UL1577, and can support operating voltages up to 1.5kVRMS. The isolation layer separates devices operating at different common-mode voltage levels in the system to prevent electrical damage to low-voltage devices or injury to operators caused by high voltage shocks.

The input of the AMC1306M25-Q1 is optimized for direct connection to a shunt resistor or other low voltage source. Excellent DC accuracy and low temperature drift support precise current control for on-board chargers (OBCs), DC/DC converters, traction inverters or other high voltage applications.
