The MPM6010 is a synchronous rectified step-down LED driver with built-in power MOSFET, inductor and two capacitors. The MPM6010 has a very compact layout, requires only four external components to achieve 1.5A of continuous output current, and has excellent load and linear regulation over a wide input supply range.

The MPM6010 adopts an efficient synchronous operation mode. Comprehensive protection includes Over Current Protection (OCP) and Over Temperature Shutdown (TSD). The MPM6010 significantly accelerates time-to-market, eliminates design-to-production risk, and comes in a space-saving QFN-17 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) package.
