1.Overview
The MC33HB2001EKR2 is a SMARTMOS monolithic H-bridge power supply IC with SPI configurability and diagnostics. It is intended for DC motor or servo motor control applications within specified current and voltage limits.
The MC33HB2001EKR2 is capable of controlling inductive loads with peak currents greater than 10 A and a nominal continuous average load current of 3.0 A.
This part is designed to meet ISO 26262 safety requirements. It meets the stringent requirements of automotive applications and is fully compliant with AEC-Q100 Level 1.
