The NINA-B30 series of NINA-B302-00B Bluetooth 5 modules with powerful Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU offers state-of-the-art power performance. all NINA-B30 models are open CPU modules and customer applications run on the built-in Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU. the NINA-B30 features The NINA-B30 has 1 MB of flash memory and 256 kB of RAM, providing best-in-class capacity for customer applications on the Bluetooth low-power stack.The NINA-B301 has a pin for use with an external antenna, the NINA-B302 has an internal PIFA antenna, and the NINA-B06 has an internal PCB antenna integrated into the module PCB. The internal antennas are designed for the small NINA form factor and provide a wide range independent of ground plane and component position.
