Introduction

Qorvo PAC55712/PAC55713 power application controllers ® are optimized for high-speed BLDC motor control. The PAC55712 and PAC55713 controllers integrate a 150MHz Arm Cortex®-M4F microcontroller, Active-Semi's proprietary multi-mode power manager ™, configurable analog front end ™, and dedicated power driver ™. This compact solution includes 128kB flash memory, 32kB SRAM, a 2.5MSPS analog-to-digital converter (supporting 24-sequence programmable automatic sampling), 3.3V I/O, flexible clock control, PWM/ general-purpose timer, and multiple serial communication interfaces.
