SG150H series is a multi-network intelligent LTE Cat 4 module based on Zhanrui SL8521E chip launched by Yiyuan Communication, with Mali-T820 MP1 high-performance graphics engine and Linux operating system. The module is cost-effective, small in size, powerful in performance, and rich in multimedia capabilities, fully meeting customers' needs for high speed and multimedia capabilities in industrial and consumer applications. The SG150H series consists of two versions: SG150H-EU and SG150H-AU.

The SG150H series integrates multi-constellation GNSS receivers with support for GPS, BDS and GLONASS positioning systems (GPS/ BDS or GPS/ GLONASS) achieve fast and accurate positioning.

The SG150H series integrates function-rich interfaces (such as display, camera, touch screen, microphone, (U)SIM, SDIO, PWM, UART, USB, I2C and SPI interfaces), which greatly expands its application in the M2M field. Make it widely used in traditional POS machines, portable payment terminals, public network walkie-talkie, munition center control screen, mobile devices, tachograph, intelligent vending machine, bar code scanning, infrared meter reading, high-definition camera, GPS cruise and other fields.
