VIPER318HDTR Description

The VIPER318HDTR is an energy-efficient offline high-voltage converter that integrates an 800V avalanche-resistant power MOSFET and a PWM current-mode controller, suitable for various topologies such as flyback, buck, and buck-boost. The chip is packaged in a 16-SOIC package, featuring ultra-low standby power consumption (20mW @265V) and a wide input voltage range (4.5V to 30V), making it suitable for applications in home appliances, industrial control, smart home systems, lighting systems, and other fields.

800V avalanche-resistant power MOSFET, covering an ultra-wide VAC input range

Integrated high-voltage startup and sensing FET

Current-mode PWM controller
