Introduction
As a standard clock generator for CK440Q Lite, the 9SQ445NDGI supports the PCIe Gen6 interface specification and provides 20 differential clock outputs, making it suitable for multi-slot server systems. The jitter performance of 9SQ445NDGI is superior to 50fs RMS and meets the requirements of PCIe Gen5/6 for clock stability.
The 9SQ445NDGI is a single-chip device that complies with the PCIe Gen6 standard. It is designed as a complete clock solution, or in combination with DB2000Q or other clock buffers, to provide point-to-point clocks for multiple receiving agents.

Dedicated clock : including 7 100 MHZ outputs, 3 25MHz outputs and 1 platform cascade clock
Multiplexing : Supports 9-channel clock frequency switching (100MHz/25MHz)

Supports multiple CPU topologies ranging from single-slot to modular multi-slot, and is compatible with 0%, -0.3%, and -0.5% spread spectrum clock modes.
Encapsulation information
The 9SQ445NDGI adopts an 8mm×8mm 100-pin dual-row QFN package with a pin pitch of 0.5mm, and its operating temperature range covers standard industrial scenarios.
