ISO7341FCDWR — low-power, four-channel, 3/1, 25Mbps, default low-level output digital isolator. The ISO7341FCDWR features an integrated noise filter, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on the device's input pins. ISO7341FCDWR has TTL input thresholds and operates within a voltage range of 3V to 5.5V. The electromagnetic compatibility of ISO7341FCDWR has been significantly enhanced, enabling system-level ESD, EFT, and surge protection while meeting radiation standards.
