Introduction
The RA0E2 product group is the basic and simple microcontroller (MCU) in the entry-level RA0 series, featuring excellent cost-effectiveness and ultra-low power consumption. In addition, this group has expanded the ROM and PIN of RA0E1 and is highly compatible with the RA0E1 product group.
The R7FA0E2094CFM adopts the Arm® Cortex®-M23 core, featuring a high-performance CPU with a frequency of up to 32MHz. It is equipped with up to 128KB of embedded flash memory and 16KB of SRAM, and supports a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C.
The R7FA0E2094CFM is highly suitable for cost-sensitive applications, such as low-power, low-cost consumer electronics, small household appliance system control, industrial system control, and building automation.
