The MA600GQE is a high-precision, high-bandwidth, configurable digital magnetic Angle sensor produced by (MPS) with an INL<0.6° (<0.1°). It is suitable for high-precision position detection scenarios such as robot joints, industrial automation, and electric vehicle drive systems.

The MA600GQE is a high-precision and high-bandwidth magnetic Angle sensor that can be used to detect the absolute angular position of permanent magnets (typically radially magnetized cylinders on rotating shafts). This device integrates a precision tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) sensor, enabling high bandwidth and high precision (INL), and is an ideal solution for position control and robotics technology.
The MA600GQE supports a wide range of magnetic field intensities and spatial configurations, and simultaneously supports both shaft end (coaxial) and side shaft (off-shaft) installation configurations. Its on-chip non-volatile memory (NVM) can store configuration parameters such as the reference zero-angle position and ABZ/UVW/PWM Settings.
The MA600GQE has been factory-calibrated and can achieve an error (INL) of less than 0.6° within its operating temperature range. In addition, users can also perform the final system calibration through a configurable 32-point calibration table. The error (INL) generated after user calibration can be less than 0.1°.
Communication with the MA600GQE is accomplished through the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and the Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI).
