The Bourns® Riedon™ PF2270 series of power thick-film resistors are designed using thick-film technology, offering exceptional power dissipation capability and superior pulse handling performance. When paired with a heat sink, they can withstand power dissipation of up to 300 watts. Their low inductance design and high power handling capability make this series particularly suitable for industrial motor drives, power conversion, battery energy storage systems, and other high-performance electronic applications.

Bourns® Riedon™ PF2270 Series Power Thick Film Resistors

This series of resistors not only features an advanced TO-227 package design, capable of operating at temperatures up to +175 °C, but also offers a wide range of resistance values from 100 milliohms (mΩ) to 100 kiloohms (KΩ), with resistance tolerance options of 1% and 5%. These features make them ideal for applications such as current limiting, precise current measurement, and capacitor discharge, providing an optimal solution for applications requiring high power density and high reliability.

Bourns® Riedon™ PF2270 power thick-film resistors are now available, with the entire series compliant with RoHS* standards.
