The TJA1101B is an improved version of the successful TJA1101A. High-performance, single-port Automotive Ethernet PHY compliant with IEEE 100BASE-T1. The device complies with all the latest conformance test specifications, including the OPEN Alliance EMC Specification 2.0.
• Designed according to ISO26262 standard and ASIL-A standard, making the design of safe vehicles easier
• The TJA1101B is designed for automotive applications and complies with the applicable standards, providing 100Mbit/s transmission and reception over an unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable up to 15 meters long.
• Highly integrated device design is reliable, and no external filters and ESD protection components are required in the MDI path
• Save line cost and weight by enabling fully OPEN Alliance TC-10 compliant sleep and wake forwarding on data lines and by replacing dedicated wake lines,

MDI pins resist transients in the automotive environment
MDI pins do not require external filtering or ESD protection
Automotive grade temperature range: -40°C to 125°C
