Overview:

The ADS54T01IZAYR is a high-linearity single-channel 12-bit 750Msps analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that simplifies front-end filter design for wide-band receivers. The analog input buffer enables internal switching of on-chip tracking and hold functions without interfering with the signal source and provides a high-impedance input.


There are two output modes for output data: double extraction of data; Or output data in burst mode. The burst mode output is specifically designed for DPD feedback applications, where high-resolution output data is available for a short period of time. This ADC is designed for high SFDR with low noise performance over a wide input frequency range and excellent spury-free dynamic range.
