BTN7975B is an integrated high-current half-bridge driver specifically designed for motor drive applications. BTN7975B belongs to the NovalithIC™ series, which includes a p-channel high-side MOSFET and an n-channel low-side MOSFET, along with an integrated driver IC, all housed in a single package. By using a p-channel high-side switch, BTN7975B eliminates the need for a charge pump, thereby minimising EMI. With the integrated driver IC, interfacing with a microcontroller is simplified.
