The AD9625BBPZ-2.5 is a 12-bit single-chip sampling analog-to-digital converter (ADC), which can operate at a conversion rate of up to 2.5 gigabits per second (GSPS). This product is used for sampling broadband analog signals up to the second Nyquist region. The AD9625BBPZ-2.5 combines a wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate and excellent linearity. It is highly suitable for spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems and various military electronic applications, such as radar and interference/anti-jamming measurements.
The analog input, clock and SYSREF signal are all differential inputs. The AD9625BBPZ-2.5, based on the JESD204B high-speed serial output, can be configured in 1, 2, 4, 6 or 8-channel configurations.
