Synchronous rectification can enhance efficiency, reduce power consumption, and simplify application design by reducing heat dissipation requirements.
The LTC7897RUFD features a wide input and output voltage range, enabling a high step-down ratio and extensive positive and negative voltage conversion. The gate driver of LTC7897RUFD features high robustness, with an absolute maximum withstand voltage of 15V. It also offers flexibility, achieving design optimization through adjustable drive levels and dead time.
The gate drive voltage of LTC7897RUFD can be adjusted within the range of 5V to 10V (optional), thus being compatible with logic level or standard threshold MOSFETs.
