The IRS2186STRPBFs are high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with independent high-side and low-side reference output channels. The floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in a high voltage side configuration with operating voltages up to 600V.
