Description
The LMH9126IRRLR RF gain module amplifier is a high-performance, single-channel, differential input-to-single-ended output transmitting RF gain module amplifier, supporting the 2.6GHz central frequency band. This device meets the requirements of the next-generation 5G AAS or small cellular applications when driving the input of the power amplifier (PA). The LMH9126IRRLR RF amplifier features a typical gain of 18dB and excellent linear performance (35dBm output IP3), while maintaining a noise figure of less than 4dB throughout the entire 1dB bandwidth. The LMH9126IRRLR internally performs 100Ω differential input impedance matching, providing an easy interface for RF sampling or Zero-IF analog front-end (AFE) at the input end. In addition, the LMH9126IRRLR is internally matched with a 50Ω single-ended output impedance to facilitate easy connection to a post-amplifier, SAW filter or PA.
The LMH9126IRRLR consumes only 375mW of active power when operating with a 3.3V single power supply, making it suitable for high-density 5G massive MIMO applications. In addition, the LMH9126IRRLR adopts a space-saving 2 mm x 2 mm, 12-pin QFN package. This device has a rated operating temperature up to 105°C and can provide a powerful system design. It provides a 1.8V power-off pin that complies with JEDEC standards for the rapid power-off and power-on of the LMH9126IRRLR, making it suitable for time-division duplex (TDD) systems.
