Explanation
The LMH9135IRRLR is a high-performance, single-channel, differential input-to-single-ended output transmission RF gain block amplifier, supporting the 3.2GHz to 4.2GHz frequency band. This device can meet the requirements of the next-generation 5G active antenna system (AAS) or small cellular applications, and at the same time drive the input end of the power amplifier (PA). The LMH9135IRRLR amplifier offers a typical gain of 18dB and features outstanding linear performance with an output IP3 of +31.5dBm, while maintaining a noise figure of less than 4dB throughout the entire 1dB bandwidth. The LMH9135IRRLR device is internally matched with a 100Ω differential input impedance and can be easily connected to the RF sampling or zero intermediate frequency analog front end (AFE) at the input end. In addition, the LMH9135IRRLR is internally equipped with a 50Ω single-ended output impedance, allowing for easy interaction with post-amplifiers, surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters, or power amplifiers (PA).
This device is powered by a single 3.3V power supply, with a typical active power of approximately 395mW. Therefore, it is suitable for high-density 5G massive scale (MIMO) applications. In addition, the LMH9135IRRLR adopts a space-saving 2mm x 2mm, 12-pin QFN package. The rated operating temperature of this device is as high as 105°C, providing a robust system design. The LMH9135IRRLR features a 1.8V power-off pin that complies with JEDEC standards, enabling rapid power-off and power-on for this device. It is suitable for time-division duplex (TDD) systems.
