Product Introduction

The ADC3224IRGZ device is a high-linearity, ultra-low power consumption, dual-channel, 12-bit, 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This device is specifically designed to support high input frequency signals with wide dynamic range requirements and strict demands. When the SYSREF input achieves the synchronization of the entire system, the clock input crossover will provide greater flexibility in the design of the system clock architecture.


The ADC3224IRGZ supports serial low-voltage differential signals (LVDS), thereby reducing the number of interface lines and achieving high system integration. The serial LVDS interface is dual-wire. Each ADC data is in serial form and output through two LVDS pairs. In addition, a single-wire serial LVDS interface is also provided. The internal phase-locked loop (PLL) doubles the incoming ADC sampling clock to obtain the bit clock used for the 12-bit output data of each serial output channel. In addition to serial data streams, data frames and bit clocks are also transmitted as LVDS outputs.
