1. Instructions

The QPC3025 is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch designed for 4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications and other high-performance communications systems. It uses a symmetric topology with low insertion loss and excellent linearity. The switch can handle up to 20 W CW and 30 W pulse power at 50 ohm loads. No straight capacitance is required on the RF port. Switch ports are reflective. The QPC3025 is compatible with + 1.8V logic and features a single-pin solution that disables the negative voltage generator and delivers negative voltage from off-chip when necessary.


The QPC3025 comes in a compact, RoHS-compliant 5 x 5 mm surface-mount leadless package.
