Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. presents the new and original Renesas RF Amplifier F4481LKGI8 Highly integrated four-channel TX VGA is a 400MHz to 1100MHz DVGA with 100Ω differential inputs and 50Ω single-ended outputs.


F4481LKGI8 Overview

Designed for FDD and TDD applications in the 400MHz to 4200MHz frequency range, the F4481 provides four independent transmit paths, each with a maximum gain of 28dB, an OIP3 of +40dBm, an output P1dB of +16dBm, and an NF of 5.5dB at 900MHz (typical), and is supplied from a single 3.3V supply. Each channel includes an interference-free digital step attenuator that reduces gain to 31.5dB in precise 0.5dB steps.
