The STM32F427IIT6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core that operates up to 180 MHz.The Cortex-M4 core features a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit for enhanced application security. It integrates high-speed embedded memory, up to 4kB of backup SRAM, and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripherals that connect to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. The device offers three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, a low-power RTC, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, and two general-purpose 32-bit timers.
