About:

The R5F523E6LGFP RX23E-B MCU features an enhanced built-in analog front end (AFE) designed for use in industrial sensor devices. The Renesas Electronics RX23E-B features a 24-bit Delta-σ analog-to-digital converter for improved high-speed performance and noise performance, with a maximum data rate of 125kSPS. The RMS noise is reduced to about 1/3 of the RX23E-A, enabling accurate and fast measurement of strain, temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, and more. In addition, the RX23E-B integrates a 16-bit digital-to-analog converter and +/-10V high-voltage analog signal input circuit to minimize bill of material (BOM) and footprint.

The CPU features an RXv2 core that ensures excellent digital signal processing (DSP)/ floating-point unit (FPU) operation, enabling high-precision measurement, control, and communication on a single chip.

Low temperature drift: 10ppm/°C, with excellent temperature stability reference voltage source

The matched programmable current source is ideal for measuring 3-wire resistance temperature detector excitation current sources
