The NCP170AMX280TBG CMOS low-dropout regulator is particularly well suited for portable battery-powered applications requiring ultra-low quiescent current. The ultra-low dissipation of 500 nA typical ensures long battery life and dynamic transient boost capability, improving device transient response for wireless communication applications. The device is available in a small 1 × 1 mm xDFN4 package.
