Description
The AWR1243FVBIGABLRQ1 device is an integrated single-chip FMCW transceiver capable of operating in the 76 to 81 GHz band. The device offers excellent integration in a very small package.The AWR1243 is an ideal solution for low-power, self-monitoring, ultra-precise radar systems in the automotive sector.
The AWR1243FVBIGABLRQ1 device is a self-contained FMCW transceiver single-chip solution that simplifies the implementation of automotive radar sensors in the 76 to 81 GHz band. It is built on TI's low-power 45nm RFCMOS process, enabling a single-chip implementation of a 3TX, 4RX system with built-in PLL and ADC converters. Simple programming model changes support a variety of sensor implementations (near, mid and far range) and enable dynamic reconfiguration for multi-mode sensors.
