Description

The ISL99390FRZ-TR5935 is a 90A Smart Power Stage (SPS) that is compatible with the Renesas ISL68/69xxx digital multiphase (DMP) controllers and phase doublers (ISL6617A), respectively.


Characteristics

- VIN input range: +3.0V to +16V

- Supports 90A DC current

- 3.3V compatible tri-state PWM inputs

- Continuous signal with ±3% accuracy for current monitoring

- 8mV/°C temperature monitor, TOUT

- Comprehensive fault protection for high system reliability

○ High-side FET short-circuit and over-current protection

○ Intelligent reverse overcurrent protection (SROCP)

○ Over-temperature protection

○ VCC undervoltage lockout (UVLO)

- Enable inputs and fault report outputs

- Low power mode operation

- Switching frequency up to 1.25MHz

- RoHS compliant, 5x6 QFN package
