Product Description:

The Winbond W74M Storage Flash ics provide storage solutions for systems with limited space, pins, and power. These ics are equipped with a standard hash-based message Verification Code (HMAC) Sha-256 crypto accelerator and 4 independent monotonic flash counters. The flexibility and performance of W25R devices far exceed that of ordinary serial flash memory devices. These ics are ideal for mapping code to RAM, executing code directly from dual/quad-channel SPI (XIP), and storing voice, text, and data. W74M security products also provide enhanced security for gateways, sensors, doorbells and cameras.

These devices operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and a voltage range of 1.7V to 3.6V. W74M products include 2GB, 1GB, 512MB, 256MB, 128MB, 64MB and 0MB flash densities.
