Mingjiada Electronics, Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of a large quantity of IS31FL3729-QFLS4-TR LED Driver IC 16n(n=1-8) or 159 LED Matrix with PWM Control and Spot Correction, QFN-32 (4mm4mm), T&R.


Descriptions

Each LED of the IS31FL3729-QFLS4-TR can be individually dimmed with 8-bit PWM data and each CSx has 8-bit DC current scaling (colour calibration) data. The combination of the two allows 256 levels of linear PWM dimming per dot and 256 levels of DC current regulation per CSx.


In addition, the open or short status of each LED can be detected and stored in the open-short register, and the MCU can read the open-short register via the I2C bus and identify which LED in the array is open or short.


Very low shutdown and quiescent (operating) currents. It also supports optional noise reduction features such as PWM clock spread spectrum and 180 degree phase shift.


The device is available in a QFN-32 (4mm x 4mm) package. It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
