The LMR36006BQRNXRQ1 regulator is an easy to use synchronous buck DC/DC converter. The device features integrated high - and low-side power MOSFETs capable of delivering up to 0.6A output current (over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V). Tolerance up to 66V.

The LMR36006-Q1 uses a peak current mode control mechanism to provide optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy. The LMR36006-Q1 uses an advanced high-speed circuit to achieve voltage regulation from 20V input to 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz. Precision enablement provides flexibility by enabling direct connection to a wide input voltage or precise control of device startup and shutdown. A power supply health marker with built-in filtering and delay provides a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for external monitors.

The LMR36006-Q1 is packaged in HotRod™ for low EMI, higher efficiency and an ultra-small package to chip ratio. This device requires few external components and has a pin arrangement that simplifies PCB layout. The small solution size and various features of the LMR36006-Q1 are designed to simplify the implementation of various end devices.
