Product Overview:

The OPA2313ID dual operational amplifiers represent a new generation of low-cost, general-purpose, micropower operational amplifiers. The combination of rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (50μA typical) with a wide 1MHz bandwidth and very low noise (25nV/√Hz at 1kHz) makes this family attractive for a wide range of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance. The low input bias current supports op amps used in applications with megohm source impedances.


The OPA2313ID device's robust design makes it easy for circuit designers to use: gain-per-unit stability with load capacitances up to 150pF, an integrated RF/EMI suppression filter, no phase reversal in the event of overdrive, and high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (4kV human body model (HBM)).


The device is optimised for low-voltage operation down to +1.8V (±0.9V) and up to +5.5V (±2.75V), and is rated for operation over the full extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C at 1.8V, 3.3V and 5V.
