The M2GL010-1VFG400I is an FPGA (field-Programmable Gate array) device based on the IGLOO2 technology platform and is part of Microchip's IGLOO®2 family. The FPGA provides additional resources in low-density devices with ultra-low power consumption, proven security, and excellent reliability. IGLOO2 FPgas are ideal for general-purpose functions such as Gigabit Ethernet or dual PCI Express control planes, bridging capabilities, input/output (I/O) scaling and conversion, video/image processing, system management, and secure connectivity.

Key Features

The IGLOO2 FPGA is based on non-volatile flash technology and has the following key features:

1. High Performance memory subsystem ‌ : equipped with up to 512 KB embedded flash memory, 2 × 32 KB embedded SRAM, two direct memory access (DMA) engines and two Double Data Rate (DDR) memory controllers ‌.
