Product Description

The LMR43620-Q1 is designed to meet the low standby power requirements of normally open automotive applications. The auto mode operates with frequency foldback at light loads, achieving 1.5µA no-load current consumption and high light load efficiency at an input voltage of 13.5V. Seamless switching between PWM and PFM modes, as well as ultra-low MOSFET on-resistance, ensures excellent efficiency over the full load range.
