Description:

Infineon TRENCHSTOP™ 5 L5 (Low Saturation 5) IGBTs are at the other end of the switching frequency range and are optimized to provide excellent performance in designs with switching <10kHz. The Infineon L5 is specifically optimized for the low switching frequency range of 50Hz to 20kHz. The L5 also has the following features: low 1.05V VCE(sat) for 30A IGBTs, minimum switching loss at cosφ<1 in reactive power mode, and high thermal stability of electrical parameters. The 1.05V VCE(sat) TRENCHSTOP™ 5 L5 with a low-speed switching device enables new levels of efficiency.
