The Excelon™ ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) is a next-generation F-RAM with low-power, mission-critical, non-volatile memory. The Excelon series combines ultra-low power operation with high-speed interfaces, instant non-volatility and durability for unlimited read/write cycles.
