Device Overview
The TMS5700332BPZQQ1 32-bit RISC Flash microcontroller is a high-performance automotive-grade microcontroller designed for safety systems. The safety architecture includes dual CPUs in lockstep, built-in self-test (BIST) logic on CPU and memory, ECC on Flash and data SRAM, parity on peripheral memories, and loop functions on peripheral I/O. The TMS5700332BPZQQ1 device integrates an ARM Cortex-R4 CPU that achieves a high efficiency of 1.66 DMIPS/MHz. DMIPS/MHz high efficiency, runs at up to 80MHz, and delivers up to 132DMIPS of performance.
